Hollow Lantern

Hollow Lantern is the kind of adventure game I wish more studios made for phones. You explore a fog-bound coastal town, solve environmental puzzles, and slowly piece together what happened to the people who used to live there.

The puzzles are logical, never the moon-logic kind that makes you rage-quit. Most of them involve observing your surroundings and connecting clues from earlier scenes, and the game trusts you to notice things instead of flashing hints constantly.

The atmosphere is the star. Hand-drawn art, a whispering soundtrack, and pacing that lets scenes breathe. It's a short game, maybe four hours, but I didn't want it to end.
